Last Will and Testament
I, Toroq Thomas Williamson, being of sound mind and sound body am writing this, a contingent last will and testament should my death be untimely or unexpected and beyond raising.
To my friends, Avenge me as I would you.
To Stephanie and my son, all my gold.
To Paraswarm and/or Hazor (varying by who remains living at such a time), my gear and magic items.
The rest should be politely divided up between any interested parties.
THE OFFICIAL LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF TOROQ THOMAS WILLIAMSON
If you’re reading this, age or some other natural cause has ended my life beyond raising. In that very case, there are things that are here to be bequeathed to those listed. All of my willed possessions will be listed below.
To Stephanie, all my gold for you and my son to get you through with me gone.
To Paraswarm, all gear and magic items will go to you for any use.
Should Paraswarm pass on before I do, Hazor is the next heir to my gear and magic.
If my death cannot be reversed, Hazor may be allowed to make at least one copy or simulacrum. No more than ten.
I trust the group can evenly divide any remaining items or properties.
