Sestare

Sestare, Marquise of Elnaria (the southern half of Attellaria), born June 1123, married to Hassor, a barbarian prince of Tharn in 1143.  Two children, a son Malighad born in 1144 and a daughter Ansas born in 1148.  Sestare's subjects include Lord Ivan of Ivan's Keep; Jiaghu was ruled for a time but the ruler died in the Judgement War, and the site is uninhabited now. As her husband is a foreigner, she goes by her father's name, and is known as Sestare Aglarion.
