Vilya was the human incarnation of the Elven Ring of Power by the same name. She was employed as a henchman by Kibbles. She discovered apparently identical sisters named Nenya and Narya in Shintapoor city, who were being kept by Bright Lotus, empress of Shintapoor. She made her give up the power of the ring, and became a zero-level human. The same happened to apparently identical sisters Narya and Vilya (the latter of whom was a henchman of Kibbles). All of them live in Aertael now.
