(From Conner's Sheet)  In this land you have planted Fertini’s Elder oak – this is a small seedling in a tiny pot of an oak tree.  If planted in the ground, it will grow, over the course of one year, to an enormous oak tree, seventy or so feet tall.  The owner of the seedling will be able to commune with the tree by touch, up to once per week, for a turn.  During this time, the tree can tell the owner a great deal about what is going on in the surrounding hex (2.5 mile radius), particularly with living things, what is underground, and similar things.  It will not be able to give details on individuals, just a general overview, except in the case of extreme events – deaths of human sized or larger beings, large excavations, and so on.  In addition, the owner will be able to ask one question per month regarding just about anything touching the ground in the world not hidden by great magical power, and get a fairly detailed answer, of up to a hundred words. In July 1167, Fertini used her blessing from Astaldo to make it immune to normal wear and tear. Damage from actual attacks would be greatly reduced – no damage from earth or stone, greatly reduced damage from other types of damage.  This is permanent.

I think I did the right thing from DMG. No clue how to generate priests. Assuming the below men at arms. I included spending in that back time on weapons orders for the temple. Knowing long delivery times. Not knowing how to get priests or other level folks for the temple. Not sure what to order for weapons. But we “did” soon as we settle on the staff.

5-20 heavy infantry, splint mail, battle axe and long sword

On these as broadsword is more a set minion thing seems better choice on these that long sword

Roll 5d4=11

5-30 heavy infantry, chain mail, pole arm* and hand axe

I’m not sure right pole arm for a temple setting

Roll 5d6=16

5-30 heavy infantry, ring mail, heavy crossbow and short sword

Roll 5d6=19

10-60 light infantry, padded armor 8 shield, spear and club

Roll 1d6 *10=10

From Baird Wesson Arms during back time year. Order the arms below for the guards above.

Total cost = 176,000

10 +2 broad sword = 40,000

1 +3 broad sword = 7,000

16 +1 hand axe =  32,000

1 +3 short sword = 7,000

2 +2 short sword = 8,000

8 +2 spears = 52,000

2 +3 spears = 30,000
