Introduction
Welcome to the Testing Regulations page of SCP-096. Through this page you will be provided with the general characteristics, containment procedures, testing restrictions, testing/interview procedures, emergency procedures, and specific free-roam terms that come along with SCP-096.
That said, everything within this page should be followed in any test, or event involving SCP-096. Failure to follow the rules and guidelines within the SCP-096 Testing Regulations will be met with the proper line of punishment.
Testing Restrictions require the following from SCD in order to host this test:
SCP-096 tests are restricted to Researcher+;
SCP-096 tests are Mobile Task Force Mandatory.
SCP-096 events require 1 Senior Actor+ from the Joint Departmental Server
SCP-096 events require level 2 Security Clearance+;
SCP-096 can be re-contained in a variety of different ways such as:
wait for SCP-096 to go docile.
Look at it and run to it's chamber either of these work but depending on where SCP-096 goes docile it can cause issues.
If it's docile in a safe spot you bag it.
If you go to it's chamber, SCP-096 will target you last since you're the furthest away from it and come to you, then it'll go docile in its containment.
The Researcher (or the host of the event) has the top priority of control. Therefore, if spectators are getting in the way, disobeying orders, or simply being obnoxious, you may have them terminated or removed from the event.
A Combative may speak over your event at any time, and can enforce orders at any time during the event to ensure it runs smoothly and safely;
Class-D are to STS or be zip tied against a wall until they are needed. Any misdemeanor or anything that can potentially disrupt the anomaly or breach warrants an immediate termination;
Spectators may be removed under the authority of present combative personnel. Mobile Task Force personnel will have general authority over other combative personnel and have the same authority as you in this scenario;
Suspicious activity or attempted rogue behavior from any personnel may be reported and the personnel will be removed from the event if caught;
MTF personnel have full authority over the controls of the chamber, and civil personnel shouldn’t be seen near them. They additionally have full authority over the event as supervisors;
SCP-096 is contained within the Heavy Containment Zone in a big concrete space that is heavily armored all around with iron. As well as a big iron crate within the middle of its containment. Construction equipment are scattered throughout the containment.
There is an observation room fitted with controls that open the containment doors as well as a bag for SCP-096.
