Artist's note
Each object holds a unique significance in our lives, carrying emotions that intertwine with our memories. Take, for instance, a kettle – a seemingly ordinary item, yet laden with sentimental value. When I gaze upon this kettle, memories of my mother flood my thoughts. It's not merely a vessel for making tea; it symbolizes the warmth and care she poured into our lives. Like a mother who caters to each child's unique needs, the kettle accommodates various preferences, holding the essence of shared moments over countless cups of tea. It serves as a poignant reminder that even in seemingly mundane objects, we can find connections to the profound and enduring love that echoes in the small rituals of daily life.
