Learners acquire knowledge most effectively when they are intrinsically motivated. Connectedness and relevance of learning enable learners to move beyond just being receivers but active inquirers of knowledge. In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the Flow Theory and explore the conditions to help learners achieve the flow of learning.
