Student engagement could be enhanced with the employment of technological tools and platforms in classroom instruction. As the saying goes, 'pedagogy is the driver, technology is the accelerator'. It is however necessary to premise technological integration on active learning processes and Blended Learning. Through such technology-based pedagogical practices, teachers could provide differentiated lesson support for students, and students, in turn, could better engage in collaborative and self-directed learning. From this workshop, participants will gain insights to integrating technology into active learning and the further sequencing of such learning in lessons with Blended Learning models.
