Herald of music, psychopomp and spirit guide, and bearer of winds, Celian represents the mind and soul. They are the youngest god, the brightest and most hopeful spark of magic.
Celian rarely takes a physical form, and when they do, it is usually in the form of a bird, hare, or horse who refuses to be tame. In rare humanoid form, they appear as an androgynous and albino elf with pale wings on their back, dressed in traveler's robes. Their symbols are the quill and the flute. The quill represents their power over inspiration and creativity, and the flute represents their power over music and the winds.
Celian has few epithets, as they refuse to be constrained into a few words. They are known as Celian Meni, or the Gentle One, referring to their position at the doorways of life and death. As Celian Caeli, they are master composer and ruler of winds.
Celian gifted their abilities of inspiration and prophecy to the Rusiar mages, as well as their talent for music.
