Thevoya is a settlement high in the Giant's Wall in Dyarsvot, home to the highest population of Rikell Wyverns, which it exports to other Dyarsic villages. It also acts as an early warning system against whatever lies beyond the Giant's Wall.
Thevoya is a sparsely inhabited town with nearly no visitors besides the occcasional runaway or delivery rider. It is located near a natural roost of rikell wyverns, used for transportation and wool throughout all of Dyarsvot. The people of Thevoya are blunt and honest, seeing nonsense in drawing out conversations in the cold of their mountain home. They are efficient, and although many may seem miserable, they appreciate the small joys in the long, dreary winters the land throws at them.
Most houses are built directly into the mountains, lined well with wyvern wool and other fibers. Each house has a large central firepit that warms the room. The few houses that aren't in the mountains are built out of stone with wooden roofs. Most houses have two doors: A cloth one and a wooden one, that help insulate the house from the cold.
The Hatchery - The Hatchery is a natural cave filled with fluff and shallow nooks where the rikell wyverns build their nests. Only trained wyvern handlers are allowed inside due to the ease in which Rikell Wyverns can be startled and become agressive around their young.
The Stables - Near the hatchery, the Stables are where trained rikell wyverns roost. There is a stone building with artificial perches and nesting sites. The building is painted with a wyvern on the side and the sign on the door reads: The Wyvern Stables. One corner of the building is dedicated to riding gear such as bridles and saddles, and another to crates of food.
The Mail House - The Mail House is a small stone building next to the stables, filled with packages and letters. Because Thevoya is the home of the most rikell wyverns, packages go here to be sent all over Dyarsvot.
The Wyvern's Roost - A tavern known for its strange drinks, nestled in a natural cave. The walls have been carved into shelves, and all the food is cooked over an open flame. Woven rugs are used as seating, since most of the wood in town is used for heat. The Wyvern's Roost is used as a meeting hall for the town in absence of a proper city hall.
The only population is Dyarsic Vityr, since it is so isolated from other populations.
