Lady Amina Pyrsi-Danos is a member of the Selkerian House's staff and personally oversees Pyrsi Education. She is considered by many to be a highly experienced mage. In many settings, she is known as "the golden dragon" due to her appearance and temperment.

Lady Amina is heavily affected by her prolific use of pyrsi magic, with her face and arms being the most affected. She has claw-like hands and an affinity for gold and jewels.
She is proud, stoic, and disciplined, expecting nothing but the best from her students. She is the least involved teacher, taking personal students only when she sees extreme potential from them. She has no patience for foolish behavior, and harshly reprimands those who cross her.

Lady Amina was raised in a wealthy Pyrsi household, and trained from a young age. She is considered a prodigy of Pyrsi magic. When she was a teen, she satisfied her affinity for magic by entering secret challenges, fueling her rebellious streak. She studied Pyrsi magic at the Nesira Academy, with a specialty in combat magic and tracking magic.
She was recognized by Lady Amina at the age of 43 and made the Lady of Pyrsi Education. The first student she took on personally was Arthur, a mage gifted in light manipulation and clairvoyance. He left after five years as her student, disappearing into the mountains to live in a secluded monastery and write his visions.
She currently resides at the Nesira Academy in Selkros, where she trains the precious few who she deems worthy. She is currently training Jordan and Katherine.
