Wrestling Room Layout
The numbers depict locations on the mat where wrestling partners can or typically practice. Live wrestling will typically be limited to 9 pairs in order to lessen impacts with other wrestlers such as when in the standing "neutral" position. There is less likelihood of physical impacts when in the top/bottom "referee" position.
