March - May Practices
Middle and High School Wrestling Practice
Prince William FCA wrestling is excited to get back on the mats and begin practicing at Gainesville High School on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wrestlers will receive instruction from local high school coaches and have the opportunity to partner with kids from other teams. Each practice will open up with a prayer and finish with an optional devotional at the end of practice. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Start Date: March 8th – June 2nd
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 6:30-8:30
Location: 13150 University Blvd, Gainesville, VA 20155
Cost: $200 ~ Feel free to come in for a practice before signing up

March 12th, Saturday, VAWC State Competition for anyone in your own grade in any size school
Register for only your grade (ex. Freshmen, Sophomore, Juniors)
Location: VA Beach Field House
Weighin options: Friday night 6-7 PM, or Saturday morning for grades 9-11

March 13th, Sunday, VAWC Super States Competition for anyone in any HS grade in any size school
Register for only your grade (e.g. Freshmen, Sophomore, Juniors)
Location: VA Beach Field House
Weighin options: Friday night 6-7 PM, or Saturday morning for grades 9-11

March 19th, Saturday, MAWA Southern District Competition *** this is a good one, cheap, and local ***
For anyone at any grade including elementary, middle, high school, college, and adults
Competitors only compete against others in their 2-year age band (24 month spreads)
Location: Fauquier High School in Warrenton VA
Competition starts at Noon Saturday for high school divisions
Weighin options: either Friday night or saturday morning
Note: the weight classes are different that normal HS weights so look at the flyer

March 25-27, Friday-Sunday, National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) Competition for anyone in your own grade
Register for only your grade (e.g. Freshmen, Sophomore, Juniors)
Location: VA Beach Sports Center
Weighin options: Thursday evening starting 6:00 PM
