Terry's notes:
Tuna was marinated in the following for about 3 hours:
Sesame oil
Rice wine vinegar
Soy sauce
Grapefruit juice
Sherry
Cook skillet over medium-high heat until medium (or your preferred done-ness, but if you want them well done you are a barbarian).
Salsa is just refrigerated salsa from the grocery store - either traditional or mango.
For the salad dressing:
Scant 1/2 good olive oil
Just over 1/4 cup good balsamic vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon brown mustard
To emulsify, put in a container that you can shake. The mustard will not only add flavor but help the oil and vinegar come together.
