And for the bread.... I used this recipe with the following tweaks: added more salt based on the reviews, used olive oil instead of butter, and brushed the top with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Came out quite nice and has 4 net carbs per 1/4 cup where regular flour would have 23 (more or less the same calories though - not low cal, just low carb).
