Not having Pasquale Sciarappa's home made tomato sauce, we used Rao's Tomato Basil augmented with some additional herbs, diced peppers, and white wine.
Pasta was leftover from a previous dish and salad was spring mix with a little grated cheese and balsamic vinegarette.
