Started by cutting chicken breasts into small pieces and sautéing with some olive oil and a 1/2 piece of bacon until golden brown. Added a small chopped up head of broccoli. Continued to cook for a few minutes.
Added pre-chopped red onion and stop-light peppers from the local market. Added salt, pepper, some garam masala and urfa biber pepper flakes.
Deglazed with vodka. Then added a jar of Maya Kaimal brand Tikka Masala sauce, ~1/3 can of coconut milk, and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Tasted and added a little more salt. Tossed in a few unsalted peanuts. Let reduce. Terry had brown rice, I had riced cauliflower.
