For the asparagus - cut off ends where they naturally snap. Toss with olive oil and kosher salt and a squeeze of lemon. Top with prosciutto and bake at 350 degrees until fork tender.
For the swordfish - get frozen steaks and thaw them. Walmart is actually a really good place for frozen seafood. Sauté in olive oil with salt and pepper. You can lightly flour them first if you want.
For the topping: Get Wegman's bruschetta topping from the olive bar. Place in a sieve to drain the excess oil. Place in a small pot to heat and add a tablespoon or two of capers, a few diced Kalamata olives, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and some red pepper flakes. Heat on low while you sear the swordfish.
When the swordfish is cooked through, serve and top with the modified bruschetta.
