Started by sautéing some turkey or chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces and dusted in corn starch and salt) in hot vegetable oil in our wok. Pulled them when brown.
Added in broccoli, sliced bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple. Added a little water to steam.
Added the protein back in and added a sauce made of Korean barbeque sauce, Ponzu, Gojuchang, soy, blood orange juice, turkey stock, sherry, sriracha, and some more corn starch.
Let the sauce thicken and added in low carb noodles. Cooked for a couple more minutes.
