John 14:6
Jesus Said He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
When I think of Leadership, I think of Jesus because Leadership is about getting things done in a true and righteous manner...Jesus shows us a Way, a Truth, and how our Life should be lived in His Teaching and Leadership Style...Leadership is about helping others grow and reach their potential...Jesus shows us the human potential during His ministry and Teachings...Truth and honesty are essential to a Leader's integrity and Teachings...Jesus leads and is the Greatest Leader...He was always Teaching about God, so their is an element of faith and spiritual in Leading...He shows us righteousness and discipline are part of growing and learning...He did not lead by brow beating or intimidation...True Leadership teaches through the gospel of helping others and through inspiring others with Truths and Teachings that helps one grow in morality and goodness...And Jesus teachings are seen in not by what His students and followers say, but in how they live their lives, that are similar to how He lived His life...Jesus' Way is the Way of Life and what one should do in their life...Doing what is right is not easy...Following the gospel is hard and left along the way in our journey through life...He followed narrow road with is more difficult than the wide road of destruction...This was and is Jesus' Way...So doing the right things in life is harder than doing the wrong things which are sometimes just plain easy...Jesus believes that people, neighbors, and friends should serve others...Some think that serving is a bottom type job, yet Jesus served others...When we do enough things wrong we end up reaching the bottom level...The bottom level is where God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit starts their work for us to bring back hope and inspiration...Jesus Leadership style has an element of picking those from the bottom and changes him with faith in God and love for neighbor...
