WHAT WE DO
The Heart of the Dawn Games Tools team creates and maintains software tools that are used by all game development disciplines to support the creation of all Heart of the Dawn Games projects.
These software tools range from digital content exporters, a data processing asset pipeline to game, CI/CD automation systems and UI editors.
We work to improve global communication between various disciplines of Art, Code and Design to ensure there is a clear workflow, with transparency of moving parts, to our fellow developers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Production support to Tools teams, help establish and maintain processes to standardize planning, tracking, reporting and communication across the department.
Deliver development schedules, milestone objectives, status reports, and supporting documentation clearly and accurately.
Triage, assign, prioritize, and track tasks using in-house project management tools.
Assist development teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress.
Monitor and report on the team’s bug and task queues using our internal project tracking tools.
Coordinate agenda driven meetings, ensuring action points and other key information from meetings is clearly communicated and tracked.
Generate and share reports that communicate significant development milestones within the team.
Build and maintain relationships and communication processes across related teams to aid lining up of dependencies.
Implement production changes and improvements across assigned teams in line with Tools Production team plans.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in Production, Project Management or QA in a technical delivery setting, working on complex technical Products and / or Projects.
Practiced in Agile software development environment organising and tracking large amounts of information.
Experienced with large scale Programme / Project Management software.
Confident communicator who is familiar with coordinating meetings, delivering presentations and facilitating Agile ceremonies unsupervised with team members of varying levels of seniority.
Knowledge of Triage process, ideally in software development projects.
Excellent attention to detail, initiative, pragmatism and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely in a team setting and across functions, departments and locations.
Highly organised and efficient multi-tasker with an eagerness to learn and improve new workflows and tools.
PLUSES

Project Management or Product Ownership certifications.
Experience with reporting software’s, reading and creating / maintaining reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Passion for and knowledge of the Gaming industry.
