RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide production support and coordination for the Character Art team.
Understand team needs and workflows across departments to streamline our project management processes.
Help manage the flow of assets and information across team members and disciplines.
Assign, prioritize, and track tasks using our in-house project management tools.
Prepare clear and actionable production reports and documentation.
Monitor team goals and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Proactively identify and resolve production challenges before they impact the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree / diploma in a related discipline.
Proficiency with project management and communication tools (e.g. Excel, JIRA, Confluence).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other team disciplines (code, design, technical art).
Self-motivated, interested in games and curious about how things work.
Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, and internal documentation (e.g. wikis or dashboards).
Adaptable and self-motivated, eager to learn new workflows and tools.

An Associate Production Coordinator: Character Art at Heart of the Dawn Games provides vital logistical and administrative support specifically to the character art team, ensuring the smooth and timely development of all in-game characters, clothing, and related assets. This entry-level role is the organizational backbone that enables artists to focus on creation rather than coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Asset and Information Management: Managing the flow of character art assets and related information between artists, leads, and other departments like animation, design, and code.
Task Tracking: Assigning, prioritizing, and diligently tracking tasks and bug fixes for the character art team using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and in-house systems.
Documentation and Reporting: Preparing clear production reports and maintaining project documentation (like wikis and dashboards), ensuring all team members are aware of goals, timelines, and progress.
Workflow Support: Understanding and supporting the character art team's workflows to identify and help resolve production challenges before they can impact development.
Meeting Coordination: Organizing and attending various team meetings, documenting key decisions, and ensuring that all action points are carried out by the relevant team members.
Collaboration: Enhancing global collaboration by improving communication and transparent workflows between different disciplines and studios.
