WHAT WE DO
The Heart of the Dawn Games Creator Platform Production team collaborate with the wider engineering team to drive the development of high-quality features and improvements using software development tools & methodologies.
Ensure technical and product requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment maintained through delivery.
Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help establish and maintain processes to help standardize planning, tracking and communication across the team.
Organize, lead, and help document internal and cross-departmental meetings.
Work with the Product Owner in ensuring the Product Backlog is well maintained.
Proactively follow-up on the status of work – ensuring any blockers impacting the development team are chased down.
Ensure key dates are understood by all members of the team.
Track and present detailed schedules, status reports, milestone objectives and other documentation clearly and accurately. Ensuring that upstream and downstream dependencies are tracked.
Communicate production notes to other developers as needed and coordinate internal discussions.
Proactively identify and manage risks which could impact the team.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years experience in a technical production role.
Ability to coordinate and deliver highly technical projects.
Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, putting team members at ease.
Adept at hosting meetings in person and across distributed teams.
Able to define and maintain feature development plans and schedules.
An understanding of production methodologies and how to apply them in practice.
A working proficiency with task tracking software like Jira, Hansoft or Trello.
Experience managing team resources on web services such as Confluence and Monday.
An autonomous and flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing criteria with ease.
PLUSES

Background in computer science or adjacent technical field/area.
Certifications such as PRINCE2, CSM or CSPO.
Experience working with or producing highly technical teams.
Experience working within a large-scale AAA development team.
Experience of agile development methodologies.
A university degree in Game Production, Design, Software Development, or a related field.
A passion for video games.
Experience in or knowledge of UGC products.
