I love to create closely observed animals, painted with sensitivity and understanding. Each animal is an individual and comes to life as I paint. I prefer to use acrylic paint or pastel.
Horses are a long term passion and my empathy and hands-on experience shines through in my work and has enabled me to gain promotion to Associate Member of the Society of Equestrian Artists. I am perhaps most well known across East Anglia for my paintings of and support for the critically endangered Suffolk Punch horse. I also enjoy painting rare and native breed farm animals and the wildlife that we find around us here in the East.
I exhibit locally at country and County shows as well as at Norfolk Creations events and at various exhibitions. I have had work selected for the prestigious exhibitions of the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art in Cheshire and the Society of Equestrian Artists exhibitions in London and elsewhere.
