Finger Flexibility Workout

Have you ever thought, "My hands are too small to play guitar?" Often people get frustrated because their hands can’t make the big stretches playing guitar sometimes requires. They mistakenly think that their hands are too small to play guitar well. For most people the issue is not hand size, but hand and finger flexibility. The good news is that the muscles in your hand can become more flexible with a few simple exercises. Many of these exercises are described in detail in the Gibson's Skills House Foundation Lesson called Finger Flexibility Exercises.

This workout focuses on stretching your hands and fingers to give you the dexterity you need to play guitar at another level.
