Rock Rhythm Patterns: Major to Sus4
One of the most recognizable rhythm patterns for Rock guitar is the major chord to the four chord progression. This pattern has been the basis for countless classic rock songs, like the iconic guitar intro to "Start Me Up" by the Rolling Stones.
This lesson teaches this great Rock rhythm pattern in an open form, moveable form, as well as single note riffs using pull-offs. Add a little distortion and some attitude to these riffs and you’re ready to rock! - Steve Krenz
Steve plays a Gibson Custom 1957 Les Paul Goldtop VOS in this lesson.
