Ranks and their Job

Sergeant

Is given to players as a respected position in the alliance. Not necessarily in charge of anything, more of a title given to exemplary members and/or long standing members not fit for higher positions determined by leadership for whatever reason. May also be temporary members who are given the title to reflect respect / value.

Generals

Respected position in the alliance, generally in waiting to be selected for a higher, more specialized position. General aids to whoever needs it and advises the sergeants and members.Completes assignments asked and issued by command.

Diplomat

Handles relations with other alliances. Should be the voice of reason and peace.

* Extremely important that this officer be level headed, polite, and professional. Keeps the alliance up to date with diplomacy, specifically crown command. Negotiates pacts and non-aggression agreements after getting a stamp. These pacts and non-aggression agreements have to get a final stamp from command.

Required to attempts to defuse any issue or problems with another alliance. Keeps in communication with alliances we're in relations with.


War Marshal

In charge of creating the spreadsheets and organizing mass attacks. The War Marshal is a player of diligence, strategy, and communication. War Marshal also is required to set the appropriate example in the case of a war. Also must be experienced or has the capability in assigning targets and organizing. Should consult with the leader as deemed fit

Deputy

Right hand man/lady to the leader, handles issues and other situations that the leader asks for help with or when the leader is offline. Makes (final) decisions that are necessary and appropriate for the alliance when the leader is unavailable. Also holds responsibility and welfare for the alliance. Has the full right to promote and demote members appropriately. May consult with officers as deemed fit
