Promotion Policy

For Ranking Position of General and above you have two deputy and leader must sign letter of recommendation. This means that you would have to ask the deputy to send the leader a recommendation tag it letter saying that this person is fit for this position. Once you get the two deputy letter of recommendation you will then have to send a final request to the leader saying why you should be fit for this job and why should the leader had over trust for this job. Please do not blunty ask a Deputy for this as it will refused.

Simply ignore any message from outside alliances asking you to join another alliance, and it is best not to reply. If you get keep getting unwanted requests from the same alliance, you can add them to your ignore list. Unlike Gloria , other alliances always replace you once they find a stronger player and they never care about their members, they only care about what they can get from their members.

Before I founded this alliance I was in more than 20 alliances, and none were any good. One alliances had messaged me 3 times asking me to join, looking for a member that they hadn't supported for years or taught anything. A while after when I didn't have an alliance I joined them and got replaced by a better player a few months later. Very few alliances understand that courage, loyalty, and determination are better than having a construction crane and ruby moat.

The following are all of the promotion requirements for all ranks

Sergeant: 5k power and above, activity within the alliance (event, community related)

General: 10k power and above, recommendations from 2 Deputies, approval from Leader

*All Officer Ranks Require 20k and above and approve from the Lady*

*Officer Rank Requirements are included in the respected Job description*

If you would like a promotion please forward your request to the current head of recruitment. From there your request will be forward to the Head Deputy of Democracy. Any message or request via chat to the leader or the Head Deputy of Democracy will be ignored and the chances of getting a promotion will grimmly change.
