VS 'The Tour '23'

THE VICTORIA'S SECRET TOUR IS OUT NOW!!! I'm actually really excited about this because it's a rebrand of a VERY established brand. It's also the first fashion show since they got owned by Rhianna's brand Savage x Fenty. Their fashion show was so pretty and it made people realize EVEN MORE that VS isn't it anymore. Like their stuff is pretty, but they haven't changed their marketing strategies in terms of visuals. And by visuals, I mean models. VS hasn't been the most "accepting" towards anyone who isn't a skinny white girl. Even their "plus-sized" models looked like normal people, which added fuel to the fire of people not liking them. As I've said before, they scrapped the idea of the VS Angels, they will be missed, and traded them for 11 models in this particular show. Those models are Abby Champion, Amelia Gray, Hailey Bieber, Imaan Hammam, Mayowa Nicholas, Tess McMillan, Candice Swanepoel, Gigi Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Lily Aldridge and Adriana Lima, of which some are actually former Angels.

It's finally available to watch on Amazon Prime. I want to see if one of my parents has Prime so I can watch it, but only if it's free. If not, I'll wait for it to possibly come out somewhere else. But, I'm also excited for what people say about it. Obviously, I don't want any spoilers, but I want to know people's opinions on if it was something performative or if was a real reflection. Like they're actually trying to change and it's not just for money. I think there will be people who feel like it's for money anyway though. If I do end up watching it before the end of the semester, I'll do a review of it and add in other people's thoughts if I find some.
