Sheet Size

Sheet size change was proposed that the prototypical sheet size should be changed from 24x36 to 30x42.  The 1/18/23 PL Committee agreed to this. The 30x42 typical sheet size was approved. 

Before using split lines, move up one sheet size. split lines require more labor.
