Below are standard AIA documents and are not the final edited documents for use as a contract/ or exhibit of any project. Forum's agreements are heavily edited as well as client-specific. The E203 is still being edited. The G201 and G202 are not currently being used, but some of the language has been modified in the E203 to adopt certain sections from the G201 and G202. We eventually will review and edit or remove all or some of the documents below for our use. At this time the below documents serve as a reminder of what is available from the AIA.

Civil is the only exception that may use an alternative file type such as Civil 3D .dwg
Revit Version is to match the date of the current year.
Files are not to be converted from the original authoring application.
Forum will only provide Revit (.rvt) files to 3rd parties.
Model Origin Point
All models are to acquire coordinates system and origin from the following.
Project "Shared coordinates" "Location" named **"0000-C23-Shared-coordinates (current)" of the **"0000-C23.rvt" Civil Site (Revit file) created by Forum Architecture derived from the Civil Engineer of Record's provided site drawing to Forum Architecture.
When **"0000-C23.rvt" is not present, use **"0000-A23.rvt" the Architectural Primary (Revit file) created by Forum Architecture derived from the Civil Engineer of Record's provided site drawing to Forum Architecture.
**=Project number dash the letter "C" or "A" Version of Revit that authored the file.
Coordinate System
Reference the Project's "Shared coordinates" as described in section 1.7 "Model Origin Point" herein.

BIM360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud
It is assumed when answering a Forum RFP verbally or contractually in writing - that every consulting partner will maintain their own licensing of BIM360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud to support the project's requirements. All, including but not limited to Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior Design, Lighting, Kitchen, Civil Engineering & Waterproofing Engineering service providers awarded will be required to have valid licensing in their company's name for BIM360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud for all required employees serving the awarded project for the duration of the project unless expressly excluded herein.
