Below are standard AIA documents and are not the final edited documents for use as a contract/ or exhibit of any project. Forum's agreements are heavily edited as well as client-specific. The E203 is still being edited. The G201 and G202 are not currently being used, but some of the language has been modified in the E203 to adopt certain sections from the G201 and G202. We eventually will review and edit or remove all or some of the documents below for our use. At this time the below documents serve as a reminder of what is available from the AIA.
§ 1.3.1 Any use of, or reliance on, all or a portion of a building information model without agreement to protocols governing the use of, and reliance on, the information contained in the model shall be at the using or relying party’s sole risk and without liability to the other party and its contractors or consultants, the authors of, or contributors to, the building information model or other digital information, and each of their agents and employees.

ARTICLE 14 SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT§ 14.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Owner and the Architect and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. § 1.3.1 The Owner reserves the right to require the Architect to include terms necessary to implement BIM services for the Work through incorporation of a modified AIA E203-2013, Building Information Modeling and Digital Data Exhibit, or similar exhibit, in the applicable Work Order sufficient to establish protocols for the development, use, transmission, and exchange of BIM models. Any BIM models produced by the Architect or the Architect’s Consultants constitute Instruments of Service.
§ 3.6.6.4 Record Drawings consist of the Construction Document drawings modified to illustrate the complete actual state of construction for the following purposes: .1 Reflecting discretionary changes designed in the construction phase by the Architect and its Consultants at the request of the Owner. These changes designed and documented in CAD shall be completed by the Architect. .2 Reflecting changes to the project made through the RFI process at the request of the Contractor, representing revisions to the Contract Documents and resulting in negative adjustments in cost or schedule to the Owner. These changes generated by the Contractor and designed and documented in CAD shall be completed by the Architect. 19 .3 Reflecting addenda to the Contract Documents representing additions or corrections to the Contract Documents generated by the Architect. These changes designed and documented in CAD shall be completed by the Architect. The Architect shall complete documentation of each change made to project scope regardless of origin within fourteen (14) days of resolution of RFI responsibility. The Architect shall coordinate with the Owner on the Owner’s technical requirements regarding as-built CAD documentation. The Architect shall deliver as-built CAD documentation in conformance with the Owner’s CAD standards including software package, layer standards, file reference standards, and any other standards reasonably outlined by the Owner. The Architect shall update project design-phase BIM model (if applicable) throughout construction and shall provide the Owner with read-write accessible 3D CAD project generation and coordination data files with all changes made through construction clearly delineated

§ 1.1.7 Instruments of Service Instruments of Service are representations, in any medium of expression now known or later developed, of the tangible and intangible creative work performed by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants under their respective professional services agreements. Instruments of Service may include, without limitation, studies, surveys, models (including BIM models), sketches, drawings, specifications, and other similar materials whether in physical or digital formats.
§ 1.8 Building Information Models Use and Reliance The Owner reserves the right to require the Contractor to include terms necessary to implement BIM services for the Work through incorporation of a modified AIA E203-2013, Building Information Modeling and Digital Data Exhibit, or similar exhibit, in the applicable Work Order sufficient to establish protocols for the development, use, transmission, and exchange of BIM models. The Contractor shall include any as-built BIM models in the records delivered to the Owner pursuant to Section 3.12.12. Use of BIM does not relieve the Contractor of any of its duties and responsibilities to the Owner under the terms of the Master General Conditions or otherwise.

Files are not to be converted from the original authoring application.
Forum will only provide Revit (.rvt) files to 3rd parties.
Model Origin Point
All models are to acquire coordinates system and origin from the following.
Project "Shared coordinates" "Location" named **"0000-C23-Shared-coordinates (current)" of the **"0000-C23.rvt" Civil Site (Revit file) created by Forum Architecture derived from the Civil Engineer of Record's provided site drawing to Forum Architecture.
When **"0000-C23.rvt" is not present, use **"0000-A23.rvt" the Architectural Primary (Revit file) created by Forum Architecture derived from the Civil Engineer of Record's provided site drawing to Forum Architecture.
**=Project number dash the letter "C" or "A" Version of Revit that authored the file.
Coordinate System
Reference the Project's "Shared coordinates" as described in section 1.7 "Model Origin Point" herein.

It is assumed when answering a Forum RFP verbally or contractually in writing - that every consulting partner will maintain their own licensing of BIM360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud to support the project's requirements. All, including but not limited to Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior Design, Lighting, Kitchen, Civil Engineering & Waterproofing Engineering service providers awarded will be required to have valid licensing in their company's name for BIM360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud for all required employees serving the awarded project for the duration of the project unless expressly excluded herein.
