This system does not work for large single-building projects. 4606-ProjectName is a good example. The floor plan sheets as are numbered as follows:
A5.0X for slab plans
A5.11X for First floor
A5.12X for RCP
A5.13-A5.19 for enlarged plans and enlarged RCPs-includes clubhouse and potential office space
same system for floors 2-6 (A5.20, A5.30, A5.40, A5.50, A5.60)
A5.70x for roof plans
A5.8x for Unit plans
A5.9x for until elevations, details, accessibility diagrams-would have liked to have more room here to separate elevations from details
everything else works pretty well and we have no amenity buildings
Other random observations:
double-story clubhouses won't fit the proposed sheets
sometimes Pool Pavilions have conditioned restrooms or bar sinks so they could require Plumbing and Mechanical sheets
I would suggest having a place for all consultants on all amenity buildings, because you never know what's going to get tacked onto that building
System breaks if you have 7 buildings types and 11 units
The Sort Parameter is an added numeric sheet parameter that allows the index to be sorted by FAID standards without using the sheet number as the primary sorting mechanism.
Breakdown:
Discipline Series Dot Building Level Area
Example:
A5.10A = Architecture, Series 5 Plans, Building 1, Level 0 (slab Plan, Area "A")
In buildings, Floor levels/stories are to be named as follows, "1st Floor", "2nd Floor", and "3rd Floor"
In Parking Garages, levels/stories are to be named as follows, "1st Level", "2nd Level", and "3rd Level"
Each word in a sheet title must be capitalized.
Do not abbreviate titles unless absolutely necessary. (i.e.: RCP for Reflected Ceiling Plan).

History:
08.01.21 - Floors and Levels in both the Revit Committee and PL Committee were discussed. It was determined that we would use "floors" to designate building levels/stories and "levels" for garages. We also agreed that the numbering should use numbers (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and we would not spell out the words.
