Detail Process

GOALS

• Separation of working and finished files

• 1 copy of each finished detail (for whole team / QAQC, DT, Production)

• Single distrubition channel

PROCESS

1. QA/QC team create or update a detail in a "T:\WIP\Details - QC"

2. Move finished detail(s)/ sheet(s) to {folder name}

3. QA/QC team notifies DT cadre of the need to add finished detail(s)/sheet(s) to the library

4. DT cadre immediately places the details in the "T:\2D\`DETAILS - Primary.rvt" under the Sheets sub-section "Not Processed By DT" for immediate distribution

5. DT cadre to release /save as to the T: drive the updated library as well as log the updates and send notifications via Teams.
