Steps

Find all exterior walls/ doors

Collect all walls

get all bounding boxes

create list of all max min BB points

evaluate the max min most of all

create a Room (walls) to an offset larger than the max min most of all (the room will be bound by all exterior walls) we now know which walls are exterior.
