One sheet type that has very clearly established standards is the A2.01, or Architectural Site Plan. Please review the reference drawing originally sent over 2 years ago (attached). A narrative summary of our requirements:
All building should be labeled, as should all amenities
Hatch pattern shown within footprint of each building on site, with each separate occupancy classification (i.e. A-3, R-2, U, I-2, B, etc.) provided with separate hatch pattern, along with corresponding legend entry for each occupancy classification
Building Area Calculations for each Building Type shown on the site plan (based on worst case building per type). Calculations not required for non-garage "smalls" such as trash enclosures, small pavilions, pumphouses, etc.
Hatch pattern within perimeter of worst case building per type with corresponding legend entry "BUILDING PERIMETER FACING OPEN SPACE" (note: the reference drawing shows this for every building, and while that is preferable, it is only required for the worst case building per type)
Fire Separation Distance (FSD) shown from each building face to nearest building within same site to assumed property line located between. FSD also required to be shown from building face to nearest property line, and centerline of adjacent public right-of-way, if any. FSD must be shown perpendicular to building face (unlike the attached reference drawing). As there are no limitations when FSD > 30', there is no need to show FSD when obviously greatly exceeding 30' (i.e. about 50' or more), as it only adds visual confusion to the drawing

Verify Civil is invited to ACC and has permissions.
Civil to upload directly to Partners\Civil\CivilSitePlanFileNamedByCivil.dwg
Alternatively: SD/PM to download from Civil's email and drag and drop the site plan file in Partners\Civil\CivilSitePlanFileNamedByCivil.dwg
Do not change the name of the file from what Civil has it named.
0000-23C.dwg, Create and save as to ACC from our Template.
Prepare CivilSitePlanFileNamedByCivil.dwg by doing the steps outlined here, AutoCAD to Revit
Note: If clean-up is required, saving the file atop itself in ACC will version up the file allowing us to go back in time it required, as well as maintaining any original upload by Civil as well as any version that we "clean up" for use in Revit.
Link the site plan file in CivilSitePlanFileNamedByCivil.dwg into the 0000-23C.dwg, Origin to Origin as an Attachment.
Link CivilSitePlanFileNamedByCivil.dwg into "DOC" file(s) as required (Overlay).
Link Building file(s) into CivilSitePlanFileNamedByCivil.dwg (Overlay) and locate, rotate, and Copy as needed.
Note: Units may be set to Overlay in the Building files
