WHEN THE KEYNOTE FILE RECEIVES UPDATES, THE A5.91 SHEET LOCATED IN THE DETAIL LIBRARY WILL BE UPDATED MANUALLY, NOT BY USING THE SHEETNOTE/KEYNOTE SCRIPT.
Sheet notes are located in the Autodesk Revit Template as Key Schedules on their respective sheets.Â
Project Managers may use the "T:\Templates\0000-Keynotes-FAID.txt" file to check the sheet notes located in a Revit project.
The Sheet notes in the above-listed Keynotes file are for safekeeping only. They are to be referenced and not used as a Keynote. When edits are made, they are done in both Revit and the Keynotes file.
Reference the Keynotes page
When editing the sheet notes in the keynote file, we intentionally exclude the letter 'I' from the lettering breakdown. This is to prevent any confusion with the number '1,' ensuring clarity and accuracy in our documentation.
The sub-headings/categories (Example: A9.11 Doors Sheet Notes) of all Sheet Notes are Shared Parameters. These shared parameters are used for the Key-Schedule column parameter where the Note for each is written form the KeyNote.txt file. Any updates to the file sub-headings/categories will need to be updated in the Shared parameter file as well.
