Issue Reporting App

open teams
left side app bar select 3 dots and search power apps and add it then pin it with a right-click
in Recent apps select see more at bottom
select your team on the left then installed apps
issue reporting app select see all
Find, do not select the table for issue report settings then select the 3 dots and edit data
delete any empty rows with empties fields then close
readd a new tab for planner
readd the issue reporting tab
