Supporting Non-Chinese Students

We had a wonderful opportunity to teach NCS students which we had never done before. We met 4 children from different countries and spent 5 weeks with them. 

Despite their varying levels of Chinese proficiency, communication was not hampered. The children were eager to learn and try a new language, open up, as well as share their daily lives. We learned a lot and were inspired by them and we believe that they had a lot of new experiences as well. 

This unique experience has left a profound impact on us, and we hope to carry it with us in our future teaching.
