Ethnic Minority Students
We had the opportunities to teach ethnic minority students during our EL project. We did not only learn a lot more about their culture but also looked into the issue with depth. We have grown a lot from the EL experience about equality. Meanwhile, we also improved our collaboration skills and communication skills while we worked together as a team. We believe we can benefit from the EL as a lifelong lesson.
