About Read-cycling and PPO Library

Where our fantastic journey started...

Read-cycling (RC) is a charity in Hong Kong dedicated to books and book lovers. By collecting and re-distributing books, RC brings a second life to used books and promotes the joy of reading and the idea of green life.

PPO Library is RC's community bookstore in San Po Kong, providing more than 20,000 low-priced and good-quality used books to book lovers and communities in need.

Our journey with RC started from this stunning and chilling library, where we brainstormed new ideas and conducted regular duties together, hosted workshops and events, built relationships, and gained countless unforgettable memories.

We also invited social media influencer Sisi曾西西 who has 157k followers on RED (小紅書) to visit here. Sisi donated books, wrote book recommendations, and posted a video on social media to promote such a green reading place.
