Through reading students' reflections, I have discovered that Experiential Learning is not just about students providing service to those in need. It is more of a transformative process through which students find themselves. Each student has their own strengths and weaknesses, and I have witnessed significant personal growth in each of them as they strive to discover and improve themselves. I am delighted, and often moved, to see how each student has given their best to overcome the challenges they face during the Experiential Learning process.
