One of the side-benefits of origami design is that, while searching the internet for new subjects to fold, I end up finding some crazy things that I would have never even known existed otherwise. Of course, the two pair of vicious looking appendages is what caught my eye for this subject but, on further inspection, the fact that they comprise 4 of the 8 legs is something I also found interesting - the other arachnids I have folded have 8 relatively normal legs, and it is the pedipalps that can get quite extreme.
