Bobbit Worm

When I posted my Squid Worm design, a suggestion was made for me to design a Bobbit Worm. After looking at pictures on the internet, I was quickly sold on the idea due to the creature's freakishly vicious appearance. After a little more research, the extreme length of these things gave me a more specific inspiration - how many legs are possible if I meander the flaps up and down the paper? This idea worked exactly as I envisioned, and I was able to give my Bobbit Worm 36 body segments.

Design date: December, 2014
