The Season
Friday 9th March saw the start of the season which concluded on Monday 5th November, daily services running from 4th May to 19th September, so there were no services on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in both March and October, and a commuter service at the end of May ad start of June only.
Locomotives
Core fleet members remained as No.4 Loch (1874), No.8 Fenella (1894), No.10 G.H. Wood (1905) which was withdrawn at the start of September, No.12 Hutchinson (1908), No.13 Kissack (1910) and M.N.Ry. No.4 Caledonia (1885). Intermittent service was provided by No.21 which continued to have teething troubles, perhaps an understatement.
