"Pairs" carriage F.71 was created reusing the bodies from ex-four-wheel stock B.12 and C.5, the only carriages to be so treated this year as part of the rolling programme to so treat such stoc which had commenced in 1909 and would not be completed until 1926.  The two four-wheel frames were to become bolsters of the small "L" series at this time.

A further batch of twelve drop-side ballast wagons allocated the fleet numbers M.43 to M.54  were delivered from the Metropolitan Carriage & Wagon Co., of Saltley Works in Birmingham.

Four-wheel brake van E.1 was withdrawn and the body moved to be used a a grounded store at Peel Road Station on the north line.
