The Season

The main operating season ran from 19th April to 6th October with no trains on  Saturdays and the familiar additional services on Sundays to Thursdays in July adn August Only,

Locomotives

Following extensive work including a new larger boiler, No.12 Hutchinson returned to operation, having last worked in 1977; the work also saw the locomotive recieve a new square cab, larger water tanks and a blue livery as part of the then-management committment to use a variety of colour schemes.
