1 Red Onion
4 medium tomatoes
1 Large Green Bell Pepper
Add to above ingredients:
1 Large Clove of Garlic (Pressed)
4 Cups of spicy V-8 Juice
3 tsp Salt
3 Tbs chopped Cilantro
3 Tbls Olive Oil
1/4 cup french red wine viegar
Serve Chilled
