1 cup corn meal
1 t. Salt,
3 t baking powder
1 cup milk,
1 can creamed corn
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup cottage cheese
Mix these well & pour half into a pan greased with Pam.
Sprinkle 2 cans of diced green chili's & grated cheese ( I like to use longhorn) over mixture.
Pour the rest of the mixture over.
Bake 25-35 min at 425 degrees.
