Chocolate Macaroons - no bake
6 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
Melt the first 4 ingredients, boil for two minutes.
Add vanilla, pour into oatmeal and coconut mixture.
Drop heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper, allow to sit for about one hour.
