Porcupine Meatballs (Mary Furlong)
Mix & form into meatballs & brown all sides in skillet:
2 lbs hamburger
1 cup minute rice
2 eggs
1 Chopped onion
Season with salt & pepper
Pour over browned meatballs & simmer in skillet:
1 large can tomato soup
1 large can water
Simmer until done
